This extension is amazing! However, as far as I can tell there is no way to access any of the shortcuts from a touch display or tablet mode.
My thought would be: the easiest way to achieve this may be to allow adding of custom menus to the tray menu, so a user with no mouse or keyboard on a touch screen can still click on the tray menu to access any custom menu shortcuts from there.
(Personally, my need for this derives from the lousy support on Wayland for virtual keyboard toggle, where the virtual keyboard refuses to show up for any non-Gnome application. This extension would suit that need beautifully if only I could access any shortcuts in tablet mode. It seems a shame to miss out on such a great package of shortcut tools for anyone who doesn't have a hardware mouse/trackpad/keyboard)
