[FEATURE] add README Translations in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish #89

Description: Hello,

I would like to request the addition of translations for the README file in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. This will help make the project more accessible to a wider audience.

Problem: Currently, the README is only available in English, which may pose a barrier for non-English speakers who are interested in using or contributing to the project. By adding translations, we can ensure that the project's information is readily available to developers and users from different language backgrounds.

Proposed Solution: I suggest adding translated versions of the README in both Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. This can be done by either collaborating with volunteers fluent in these languages or utilizing professional translation services.

Alternatives: Although I don't have the translations prepared at the moment, I'm enthusiastic about helping with the translation process or collaborating with fluent translators to bring this idea to fruition.

Hello, translations are welcome, but I'm not the one who can do it. Even the English version needs updates..
