Move large scripts / style sheets to their own files #59

I'm noticing that certain pages, such as Spells/index.php, contain relatively sizeable javascript sections which should be moved to their own files for the sake of maintaining the single purpose principle and keeping files smaller and easier to read.

Doing this messes up the scripts on the pages because i have no clue

Keeping an eye on this for #58 because I'd like to do this there as well.
