WIP: F morseio split #62

Work in progress big split of morseio to allow different 'hardware' input and outputs -- and multiples of each.

So far:

Early days .. shwoing off the direction this is taking. Hope to have it basically working in a few days.

Also to Note: The keyer is really a 'plugin' to a hrdware type. So propose that a hardware input like "keyer:gpio" would be a gpio keyer (or maybe this is the default) - so the grio input samples 2 pins normally and we or them for straight mode but if the keyer 'shim' is inserted, then you have a keyer. IS this crazy?
