RoboCop App is now recording voice in 16000, 16Khz, mono PCM format before sending to RoboCop Server.

why "recording voice in 16000, 16Khz, mono PCM format" it is necessary to convert before sending to server?

Thats the format recognize by Pocketsphinx and many other STT Server.
