Fix or hide filter imprecisions #49

Due to the current filter implementation imprecisions there is no safe way to automate filters parameters - if using a very low or very high filter frequency values the plugin may crash, or the sound diverge.

Imprecisions should be fixed or dealt with in a clean and silent way.

All imprecisions won't be fixed on this implementation, at least not for a long time.
