Italian traslations #3

I translated the latest version of G4mespeed to italian hoping it gets into the mod!

I will take a look at this at some point in the near future.

I need to make some changes to the API in order to support multiple active languages at once (some translations only exist on the server, and are sent to the client when they connect).

@glaav I have a bit more time to look at it now.

There are a few things to consider. What should happen in case the user has extensions installed? Should it mix languages (i.e. fallback to english?). This will also be visible in the settings GUI and might not look the best. But it's really a question of preference. What do you think?

i could translate eventual extentions or other text to make it look good, an idea could be to use english in case there is some text that has no italian translations, otherwise just use the translated text and the untraslated text gets kept in english, not a big issue
