[Feature request] Keybinds to stop and step the tick rate #4

It's useful for development of things to be able to stop the tickrate and advance tick by tick. If it's only possible to set the tickrate very low, that's fine too. Carpet currently has this functionality, but it's only accessible via commands, not with a keybind.

I might look into this at some point. However, since it's already a feature of carpet (and the mods are compatible), it is rather low in my current list of priorities.

The current development is focused on making tools for extensions. In particular Capture & Playback. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that I look into this before that is complete.
