Create a new model and add the entities assigned. These will be added to the main model during meeting on Friday 10/7/2022

[x] Add definitions and comments to PDM columns
[x] Add the data types to all columns/attributes
[x] Add domains to columns/attributes
[x] Primary surrogate keys for each of the tables assigned
[x] Try to add dummy tables and relationships to the PDM or LDM you think are needed(not necessary) to link your entities to the rest of the model Due by #32

Thanks for your contribution, Wade. In my model, I also added Gift Card Balance as an attribute to Gift Card. Another small thing is the naming conventions: I use "Id" instead of "ID", but we can see what everyone else also does; I also used Wallet (binary data type) for Bitcoin instead of AccountNumber, but it's the same concept so we can decide as a group. Thanks.

That's fine. I added those subcategories as additional idea so it is better to decide them as a group.
