failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0xe0000235 #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running chatpad_installer_amd64
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect for there to be no error when it completes, and then having the 
ability to open up the control without flaw.

What I get:
"failed to update chatpad filter device driver: 0xe0000235" and a message 
saying the install completed, which it didn't. I then try to run the control 
and it opens up and after a few seconds it closes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version:chatpad_installer_amd64
OS: Windows 7 x64 AMD Phemnom II X6 1100T

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using the gamestop version of the xbox 360 controller.
My controller is wired, not a charger cable, so there's no mistake on my 
hardware.

Also, I did do all the required steps in the "Getting started" guide.
