Show List of Participants

Similar to Data Resources and Services, there should also be a tab "Participants" where the user finds a list of all participants that are registered in the portal. We should have a search page and a detail page. The detail page should also show data resources and services the participant is offering.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] There is a list of all Participants
• [ ] The label on the blue part should be the label
• [ ] The title is filled out with the name of the participant
• [ ] The description field is not there, as the participants does not have description
• [ ] The detail page is showing, the name, the uri and the hash of the gaia-x terms and conditions
• [ ] The detail page is also showing a list of all related offerings the participant has made that can be found in the claimsGraphUri. This list is specifically labeled as "Related offerings".
• [ ] The items of the list are links to detail pages of the specific offering.
• [ ] The detail page just contains 1 card item with the detail information of the participant
