Rearrange data order for MOOG abundances #13

Equivalent widths should come before damping constants, since they will be used more frequently.

This is taken care of since astropy.tables.Tables are fed to the synthesis and atomic_abundances functions. So it doesn't matter what order the columns are in because the _format_transitions function will put everything as expected for MOOG.
