After reviewing the TIPP draft, one item that caught my attention was the requirement that a TIPP package must have a bi-text content.
If this requirement was made optional, TIPP could be used as the transport package for a lot of file types that might be sent for translation from a client. (ie docx, indd, idml xml etc)
This could help abstract the TAPICC API away from file types.
