@terales do you think you can have a look at this too?

terales commented 6 years ago

Hey @JanHusarcik,

Do you want me to set up a new one or to sign up an existing?

DavidFatDavidF commented 6 years ago

Hi @terales , we need our own with the TAPICC legal. This is to be sure that contributors have signed the legal and the deliverables are not compromised for OASIS submissions etc. We should implement a list of people who already signed through GALA Connect, PRs by those people will be automatically marked as CL signed. But people who are coming from the wild or with different credentials should be prompted to sign the legal by the CLA. If people don't accept the legal, their PR will be marked as not OK and won't be merged or even reviewed by us who have direct write access.. I hope it makes sense.. dF

Yeah, it's purpose is clear to me but I just don't get what task should be done.

I can't link an assistant because I'm not an owner or the repository

There is no `TAPICC` repo in the "Choose a repository" dropdown. ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1920639/35296972-48a30c1a-0086-11e8-806b-0063c8340221.png)

I've copied text from [TAPICC Legal Agreement](https://www.gala-global.org/tapicc-legal-agreement) into a separate formatted gist: https://gist.github.com/terales/4e36db560614210ae2dac08aed4dc84d You can reuse it for cla-assistant configuration.
