Access blocked: authorisation error #1630

Please confirm the following:

I have upgraded to the latest GAM release from https://github.com/GAM-team/GAM/releases and I still have this issue.
I am typing the command as described in the GAM Wiki at https://github.com/jay0lee/gam/wiki

Full steps to reproduce the issue:

use windows version of GAM
success on step create GAM project on Google cloud and success create app on google workspace
on Step : gam info user -> then select scope, open browser with link : https://gam-shortn.appspot.com/xxxxxx , got error like picture include on this

Expected outcome (what are you trying to do?):

delete project on google cloud then run like first start GAM installation ( same error )
