GAM error 13 permission denied

Hello,

i am trying to do bulk updates with GAM and have installed locally and setup with my Google admin and i can check information fine. I cannot for the life of me figure out the permissions issue with the .csv on my machine. I am trying to run the file from c:\ so what it looks like is: gam csv c: add_alias.csv gam create alias ~alias user ~user i'm not sure what else i need to do regarding permissions since "everyone" has full permissions to the root of the drive including subfolders.

The command should look like this; there is a \ between c: and add_alias.csv gam csv c:\add_alias.csv gam create alias ~alias user ~user
