Move Documentation from GitHub Wiki to README.md #410

It is understandable why the wiki was made read-only after the malicious editing of download links last year. However, the community is no longer able to directly contribute to the documentation, and as a result, contributions have dwindled considerably.

This PR moves the documentation from the closed wiki back to the repo, to allow the community to make edits via pull requests. This also reduces maintenance for the project owner, as reviewing/approving PR request diffs is a lot quicker than having to make the actual wiki article edits.

Without this PR being merged and the wiki being moved into code, is there any other method to report problems with the documentation? Has jay0lee been accepting suggested changes to the wiki just written in issues / discussions (and manually carrying them across in to the wiki)?
