merged #318 refFile (PR#170) into "FileMetaRepoM"

integrated into other branch, therefore needs testing for correct file-change-handling

@Jazzco Upon testing FileMetaRepoM (on Linux) after merged #170, the main functionalities of ReferenceView work as expected. To reproduce, run .gms file with option "rf=default" and then open .ref file that are generated.

Though the following integration are still not working properly :

onAddExistingFile() action, the QFileDialog should also recognize .ref as on of the GAMS code(s)
when switching tab to .gdx and .ref, loadCommandLineOptions() in activeTabChanged() did not load the correct command line options of the same group.
a link from output to file is not working (all including to .lst, .gdx, and .ref)
