Re-evalution of already approved sample #40

Possibility to re-evaluate old, already approved samples. Button which creates copy of sample with changed name (version number, date??)

Or other solution...

Adding a button to do the opposite of the sign-off button in the interp-view

Import the sample again with another file name. Easier solution.
