Obtain mounting plate for GPS antenna #105

Determine if Brent has the GPS antenna mounting plate, or if we still need to obtain from another source.

Jerry's Note:

Plate for GPS antennas came from CSBF via Brent, so not sure if CSBF makes it or not.

Here are the other two locations for the GPS antenna.

Brent confirmed in an email on 2 Feb. 2023 that CSBF will provide and mount the GPS antennae.

CSBF flies the GPS and will provide the antennas and ground plane (the oblong shaped plate). I believe in the past they've just bolted it straight onto the antenna boom.

Justin Marsh also confirmed LDB will provide the mounting plates.
