Fabricate nutplate `GAPS-FRM-MEC-110`

Fabricate nutplate GAPS-FRM-MEC-110 to install into Boom 2, antennas (short boom). This requires fabrication of GAPS-FRM-MEC-091 and pressing in 4x PEM nuts (#S-0428-3ZI) to form final part.

Steps:

• [x] Fabricate GAPS-FRM-MEC-091
• [x] Order PEM nuts #S-0428-3ZI
• [ ] Press PEM nuts into MEC-091 to create MEC-110
