Re-make OHP tray brackets `GAPS-TKR-MEC-643` in AL-7075-T6 #124

The current brackets are made in AL-6061-T6 but do not have enough thread engagement to support a full torque (42-47 in-lbs) of a Grade 8 equivalent 8-32 bolt. When using Al-6061-T6 we'd need about 0.48" of thread engagement and we currently have a little less than 0.3". By re-making the brackets out of Al 7075-T6 the required thread engagement can be reduced to about 0.28".

The original 6061-T6 brackets have been install, but with only a torque spec of 25-30 in-lbs. I felt the threads were going to strip if I increased the torque any further. Since we don't have spares, I did not want to risk stripping the brackets.

I've modified the OHP bracket to be a two part design. Why? The current Tracker design makes it impossible to mount the RAD side TOF panel with the OHP brackets install. The two part design allows for the long arm of the OHP bracket to be removed during TOF installation, while the angled part remains attached to the TKR frame.
