Once #171 is completed, the thermal management scheme needs to be implemented across all RATS.

In preparation: (20230815)

All RATs have been deconstructed.
Old thermal straps have been removed from the PB boards, as well as the hold thermal epoxy
Old thermal straps are being removed from the RBs (work is in progress)

20230829: New thermal strap started being glued to PB yesterday (20230828)

20230927: as of today 8x RATs have be reassembled with the new thermal strapping

20231031: all RATs have had the updated thermal straps installed.
