Panel 21 ( #163 ) and the inserts incorrectly epoxied into the foam board. As a result, the the countersink face is point outward as opposed to facing the clamp block. This makes for a bad matting surface for the securing bolt.
I have made the decision to used flat Phillips screws for this locations, which will allow the panel to work with the existing 03PP gondola mounts.
