Proposed solution/avenue to explore, since the new Tracker foam is significantly stiffer than the original pink foam, it may be stiff enough to act like the support bars during installation. Thus, we could eliminate the support bars in favor of per-assembling the modules onto a row of foam and install the whole row as a unit (with the foam).
Additional points:
There is no tolerance between row 0 and the OHP and tracker frame. When one edge of the row is roughly in contact with the top of the OHP (with room for mounting bars) the other edge rubs against the tracker frame and catches on the OHP on the other side.
When integrating we removed one mounting bar to make more room, this caused the modules to move w.r.t. one another.
As we moved in the cooling collar holes would routinely catch on the OHP requiring constant management of the modules and OHP tubes and slight bending.
