Fabricate internal PWR cables for RATs

Fabricate the internal PWR cable that goes from the power board (PB) to the RAT face.

There are 16 cables per box, 8 with a 6cm lengths and 8 with a 10cm length.

There 22 RATs total, 20 flight and 2 extras.
