Epoxy inserts into the 5th 12PP sandwich panel.

This requires the 0.030" thick G10/FR4 washer so the insert does not pinch the panel.

Nov. 14, 2022: The counter sink insert have been epoxied. The flat inserts still need to be epoxied, but more G10/FR4 inserts need to be fabricated first.
