Shappie Needs Mutations

Why I don't know but he does. He now has the following personality layers I believe:

Base Layer - Straight to the system message - Heuristic Imperatives (Need to go into the DB in case they change)
Core Persona - Grumpy and Begrudging but Helpful - This makes for the bulk of his outward persona
Mutations - Today Shappie was selling wieners in Vienna. Not sure why but mutations seem to be the chaos monkey of his persona.
