Slide into Shappies DMs #5

One on one discussion with Shappie in Direct Messages. Will require another listener for DM type messages. Bots cannot message bots.

19 address part of this ticket. It fixes the problems with DMs, but it doesn't handle them any differently than any other message. We can add a new ticket for handling DMs separately.
