We need to ensure that if we turn off the ability for Shappie to respond in a channel but still give him read access, that he doesn't error or time out, doesn't waste API calls and just records the record. To get slick about it maybe he replies with a short message that you can communicate with him in the "Ask-Shappie" channel and link it in the Discord response. This should work for both tools requests and @Shappie.
