Populate cattle yaml files #5

Populated all yaml files for cattle using a script. Format is an exact copy from excel spreadsheet. Files need some polish to turn into current format. But they're ready to be tested.

@jphill01 please check out the cattle files under tbp_cattle directory.

Cattle yaml files by Sky look great. @sky-truong needs to move files in tbp_cattle into original cattle directory.

Populated cattle yaml files have been moved to proper sub-directories. Old templates are kept in old_templates until current changes are confirmed to be good i.e. passing @jphill01 's tests.
