2 years ago I plan to prepare complete calendar invitations when we agree to go ahead with the virtual meeting plan (and maybe agree on the dates?). The idea is anyhow for the meetings to be very informal so that ECA nodes can drop in or not spontaneously with no need to register in advance.
I have now sent calendar invitations for each of the monthly ECA virtual sessions.

1 year ago @dagendresen is it possible to please re-add me to the calendar? I am not sure what I did, but I did not receive any calendar invitation this year so I thought there was no meeting until I saw this issue, sorry!

1 year ago Out of the office this week, updated the calendar for Monday next week, and will add the remaining calendar invitations next week...

Completely volunteer and informal opportunity to meet and work together on ECA nodes topics for 30-60 minutes depending on interest. Primarily for GBIF ECA participant node managers, however, node staff, and representatives of GBIF observers are also most welcome to join the virtual sessions.
