Move website design out of the main Figma file #12

Chris pointed out that this clutters up the component space. Let's move it out and publish it as its own community file.

Just did this. The website is now published in Figma Community as its own file, right here. The page with the website assets was removed from the main Figma file, so it doesn't pollute the UI kit.
