Add building name as an identifier for each court #21

For example: Edward Brooke Courthouse has 7 or so different courts inside it. Each court in that building should be searchable by the courthouse name.

Start by matching up shared addresses and then talk to an attorney on the project for more information about how the court name and building name (if any) are related for this court.
