Create unique variable names to resolve issue with "I offered to pay the full amount of money" #101

When I click on “I offered to pay the full amount of money…”, “I gave the landlord the full amount of money…” gets checked instead

On the “paying the money owed” page, it only offers a box for the date I paid the money, not the date I offered the money (perhaps this is connected to the first item)

Solution will be to have 2 variables instead of one, and add code block to handle.
