Some languages' `summons facts` have an extra field in them in the same interview #165

Tiếng Việt, Português, and 中文 show the summons_eviction_reasons field despite the English version of the same page hiding it. That is, when I tap one of those languages on that page, the field appears and when I tap English again, the field disappears. An example is the "Scenario: User has a "fault" case with NO court date and NO CDC declaration" test.

Issue with my unfamiliarity with the code - once the first item is set to True, the next field disappears. Because the default is True, languages that have the default also have that field hidden while languages that don't have the default appear to have an extra field at first.
