Question ID how named on summons
What was confusing We received a Notice to Quit but did not a Summons and Complaint (answer 1). We missed the first court date (answer 4) due to this and thus the 1st question has 2 answers.
Other information Not sure what to do in this case. Answering "missing first court date" seems the most accurate (to start the Late Answer and Discovery form) but I cannot answer the question of whose name is on the "Summon and Complaint" since we never received one.
Variable being sought tenant.name_different_on_summons
