Maybe at least two new choices:

I am not being evicted but I need emergency repairs
My landlord locked me out or moved my stuff out without permission
My house was condemned and the Board of Health ordered me to move

My landlord locked me out of my apartment or moved my belongings, or my home has been condemned by the City for the bad conditions, or I need emergency repairs made (or want to sue my landlord).

There is not an eviction case against me in court but: • I need emergency repairs made (or want to sue my landlord); or • my home has been condemned by the City for the bad conditions; or • my landlord locked me out of my apartment or moved my belongings.
