This incorporates more sophisticated post-hoc baselining for the cube generations.

Improved baseline window for default setup. This excludes the frequency switch shoulder from the region fitted in the original baseline code.
The baseline module using robust regression to fit spectra after gridding. This uses window functions to create the fit regions.
Some velocity gradient modelling in utils that can be used to look up velocities of emission by RA, Dec.
