Masked pixels in rms maps after update_NH3_moment #171

I can reduce the number by increasing the threshold parameter, but this loses much of the fainter extended emission in the final moment maps. Tends to occur in noisier parts of the cubes, and is related to the bright speckles in some of the moment maps in fainter regions.

Fixed by including additional checks on NH3 fit parameters when identifying where to use fit results to determine velocity interval for moment calculations.
