Connects to #34, #35 and #36: Feature/34 add review content type #43

@weitzman Progress on submission and review content types. Still needs work, but this is a stage where I think we can review, merge and break down further work into separate tickets. See the TODOs in web/modules/custom.

Should have added some testing steps as guidance:

[ ] import configuration
[ ] under Structure menu, should see Submission Type and Submission List, Review Type and Review List
[ ] One submission type and one review type are set up, minimally.
[ ] Add a submission, submission appears in list with title assigned automatically.
[ ] New review appears in list with title assigned automatically.

Bug:

[ ] State field is added to review content type as part of definition of content type, but it is not connected to a workflow, so it does not work. And we need to specify workflow per Review bundle, not for content type as a whole. May simply need to remove state field from content type definition and add by hand to each bundle.
