Describe the bug
When you mine Glowstone & Sea Lanterns with a pickaxe that has Silk Touch, Smelting, and Telepathy should give you Glowstone & Sea Lanterns, but instead it gives you Glowstone Dust & Prismarine Crystals.
To Reproduce
1.) Acquire and hold a pickaxe with Silk Touch
2.) /ae enchant telepathy 4
3.) /ae enchant smelting 3
4.) Mine Glowstone OR Sea Lantern
5.) Look and see that you got the wrong drop

TLDR:
Silk Touch, Smelting, and Telepathy should: Glowstone -> Glowstone Sea Lantern -> Sea Lantern
Instead, it: Glowstone -> Glowstone Dust Sea Lantern -> Prismarine Crystals
