The triggers don't work @Aoe and the functions don't work either. #4263

Describe the bug

This is my enchantment, what I want is for it to hurt nearby players in the end, but neither the @Aoe nor the condition that I have created in that same effect works for me.

I don't know what's happening, I'm getting stressed.
