Describe the bug

I want to request new enchantments for players, one with a chance to break spawners
I request one for the vests or bibs, probability of finding better things in the chests
In any case, I request that there be a page to create my own enchantments to my liking, not only for me but for all players.

How to reproduce

I simply request that I add enchantments based on probabilities or the page to create custom enchantments for my server
