way to duplicate items with AP #126

Describe the bug

One of my players found a way to easily double all the items in their inventory.(the cause was AdvancedPets) You just need a loom, any banner, and some way to kill yourself. I've tested this on a fresh server, with latest AdvancedPets release(2.3.4) on latest 1.19.4 Paper, with no other plugins installed. AdvancedPets had default configuration.

How to reproduce

1, Put the banner into the loom GUI. 2, You need to die while the GUI is still open. 3, You have all of your items duplicated. (Death message also duplicates)

From what I tested, this works with not only looms, but also grindstones(with any weapon/tool) and smiting tables(with netherite ingot)
