Pet level adjustment #152

Describe the bug

Pet level can not be adjusted. I have tried to adjust the pet level in ''userData''.

How to reproduce

Example: Pet is level 4, I changed it to level 1. Plugin was updated and server was restarted, but still would not update in-game to adjusted level. I tried deleting the whole userData on my account, when restarting, it would just re-load the old data with level 4. Suggestion? Add a command to adjust level of pet, or restart/remove pet data from account.

Added '/ap setlevel ' command to set player's pet level for next update
