Increase_Damage doesn't work #166

Describe the bug

Hi, I try to do "INCREASE_DAMAGE" with my pet, but it doesn't work fine.

`ATTACK_MOB: effects:

'INCREASE_DAMAGE:20 @Owner'` I try to do it with "Owner", "Attacker", "Other", etc.. And nothing

DO_HARM:20 @Other works fine

How to reproduce
