Describe the bug

Message on player join: [19:22:51 INFO]: [Custom Mob Spawn Error] Difficulty must be at least EASY for custom mobs to spawn.

This is anoing and wrong, world difficulty and server difficulty are normal. Also the problem is propably bcs of pets disabled on world.
