I'm using the default config, from the most recent version. I'm running the latest Spigot 1.12.2 build. I decided to try making a set, but none of the effects apply. I reinstalled the plugin and it's config folder, restarted my server multiple times, and even so, no sets work, not even the defaults on a fresh install. I have no errors in console, nor do I have any issue with running commands.
