Describe the bug The bug is that with the enchantment of "DETONATE" they can break the bedrock of the mines

Server Information (please complete the following information): PaperSpigot 1.8.8 LATEST

SOLUTION: Add in that "detonate" a part that says blocks that cannot be broken

There should be an "ignored blocks" section of the configs, you can utilize that to disable bedrock.
